As the forced school closure continues, so do our efforts to stay connected to our students so they can continue their education. Starting March 30th, new concepts and materials will be available for students to complete. The assignments and work will be graded and count towards 2nd semester grades and credit. We have been working diligently to offer you options to access work both online or hardcopy. Beginning March 30th, we will have the options below for you to access.
1. Student work can be accessed at www.adnaschools.org Under Online Student Coursework, you can click on the teachers’ name(s) to access assignments. The assignments will be in different formats... journaling, google classroom, projects, logs are just a few potential options. We will need to know if completing assignments online is not an option. Your communication is essential, so we can be prepared.
If you have Internet access but are in need of a computer, we have a limited number of Chromebooks that can be checked out. Please email me or call (360)748-8552 if you will need a paper version of an assignment or will need to check out a chromebook. We have two delivery methods for this:
1. We can deliver work when we deliver food through the use of our bus routes. Buses are running on a 2-hour late schedule. Please wait at least 15 minutes, as it may be late because we will be handing out packets in addition to food. You must be standing outside for us to give you a packet.
2. You can pick up or drop off assignments at our food delivery site at AMHS Monday-Friday from 10:30am -12:00pm
Report Cards for 3rd Quarter will be coming out soon and you will find that your students’ grades are Pass/Fail, this is the current recommendation from OSPI.
If you need assistance, have questions or concerns, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or (360)748-8552. Thank you for your continued patience throughout this ordeal. Sincerely,
